I have been in the Austin area real estate market since 2002. I have consistently established myself as a top professional & one of Austin's top producers.
Previous to real estate, I was principal in a textile commodity business. Representing clients interests from Australia, New Zealand, India, S. America, Africa and Europe.
I am able to rely on my past work experiences to provide my clients with a fuller understanding of the market place overall. My associations with various real estate networks, both nationally and internationally, further assist me in being able to keep current on market challenges and successes is different markets.
In addition to my 12 years of Real Estate experience I was also Director of relocation for the last 5 years with my previous firm. My role was diverse and included getting a comprehensive education on the goals and strategies for corporate transfer assignments and the importance of working within established guidelines of the global relocation industry.
Having made a successful transfer myself to Austin 16 years ago also helps me understand the needs of those that are moving to the Austin area and to help make those transitions smoother. There are a lot of factors behind corporate relocation, reasons for move, emotions of making new start, corporate strategies all of these thing directly relate to how the transferee is going to adapt to their new position/city. I believe that managing the expectations from the management to the locale Realtor® has an enormous effect of the whole relocation process.
